Hi,
I m staying in a sra room in andheri east.
10 yrs passed for thr project just a few days ago.
tha room is in name of my father & he has passed away.
my mother who was nominee also has passed away.
& now being elder i m the nominne.
The problem is that my brother widow is also staying with me with her child.
& she has submitted a letter through sra to the society stating that her name should also be included in the nominee list.
Will that letter create a problem duting transferring my name .& How much important that letter is ?
i m also having a will in mane .
please answer .
