Dear Sir,
I was employee of reputed company and left job after handing over all documents and taken receipt. But three months passed away comapany is not paying my full and final payment.After waiting two months I sent leagal notice stating 15 days time period to pay dues but again it has one month passed away .Company officials are not replying. I would like to know
1) What to do further
2) Is there any law which force to private company to bound to relase full and final paymnet with in some stipulated time frame.in case failes heavy penalty should be imposed ?
Please advice .
