LEGAL    NOTICE   U/S  80 CPC   THROUGH    REGD. POST    IS   PRESUMED    IN    LAW   IS   A   VALID    SERVICE      INSPITE   OF     DENIED    BY   THE   PARTY   TO   RECIEVE.    THE   NEXT   STEP    A   LAWYER   IS   TO   FILE   A   SUIT   IN   THE   PROPER    COURT   OF   LAW.

Can a charge sheet to an employee's home ....

--   BETTER TO ATTEND ENQUIRY, BECAUSE IF YOU GO TO COURT, THEY WILL ADVICE YOU THE SAME.

AVOIDING ENQUERY WILL GO AGAINST YOU.OTHERWISE PREPARE A STRONG LOGIC, - LIKE YOU WERE  UNDER MEDICAL TREATMENT AT ANOTHER PLACE AND YOU WERE NOT IN A POSITION TO COMMUNICATE THE SAME EITHER AT YOUR HOME OR OFFICE ...

notice returned to us saying no person by that name lives there?

---   FIRSTLY CHECK WHETHER THE PERSON LAVING AT THAT ADDRESS OR NOT.

CPC HAD THE PROVISIONS, HOW TO SERVE NOTICES.

THE LAST OPTION IS TO SURVE THE NOTICE THROUGH PAPER ADVERTISEMENT.

THEREAFTER EXPERTY.

we confirmed that the address is the prmanent addres. and it means that notice is not served? cant we prove that since its the permanent address so his parents/ family members must know him.
