Hi,
i have 60 days notice period but want to serve 40 days and release but they are not alloing even pay in lieu or PL adjustment as i have left with 20 PL.
If i don't serve last 20 days can they stop my relieving letter..or is there any provience that they have to give relieving after deducting my salary part.
The employee can avail Leave during Notice period but that leaves must be in accounts. Even he can avail PL also and that will be adjusted with his notice period. Because the employee is eligible to avail those leaves which he has in his accounts.
