Dear Experts,
If an NRI who pay tax in abroad (UK) transfer money to his friend bank account in INDIA. In this case does the person who is in india has to pay tax again in india?
As per the documents I read there is no need to pay tax. If there is no need to pay tax then can some one please provide me what documents are needed to supply from abroad to prove the NRI moeny is a tax paid amount.
