Mr Ram is a member of co-operative society in mumbai and own one shop. His wife Sita is also member of the same society and owns one flat and Ram is an associate member in her share certificate. In the coming EGM of the Society Sita cannot be present. Can Ram cast two votes, one for himself and second as associate member of Sita ?

Yes, if her wife has given authority letter, but he will only vote in her behalf.
