Online selling of branded products

can we sell denizen, levis, and other branded products online in a shopping portal buying from another merchant or vendor who is selling these products for real cheap prices.. will there be any issues from the brand denizen levis etc on us...?

1. Yes you can so far as you are not selling duplicates and respective Brands Copyright are protected and it is said that have established legitimate eCommerce business with proper books of accounts maintained as per Law.

2. You are also required to have openned correct nature of Banking A/C with preference Bankers and got alloted TIN / VAT numbers from respective Authorities other than an eCommerce website presense in W3..
