Ours is a group houses constructed in two floors and 8 aparments including a penthhouse. in VIJAYAWADA IN ANDHRA PRADESH.
Open terrace is a common area and it is leaking and the repairs were met by the two of the top floor apartment owners.
please let me know , whether the repairs are to be borne by all the residents since it is a common area repair or it should be borne in any other proportions by the residents.
more over the penthhouse owner got layed additional roof surface to contain the heat during summer and is claiming expenses after one year of spending that amount. Are the residents responsible for the reimbursement of expenses to the penthhouse owner.
PLEASE KINDLY HELP TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM OF SHARING EXPENSES BETWEEN THE RESIDENTS OF THE APARTMENT.
