order copy

dear friends,

i got maintenance order under dv act in jan 2010. after 5 months of order, my husband went for condonation of delay for filing appeal. msj has granted condonation for filing appeal. this condonation of delay order passed 2 months back.

i wanted order copy of condonation, i requested my lawyer, but my lawyer by teeling something or other is not helping me in getting order copy.

can I as a party get a order copy or order copy will be given only to advocate?

regards,

needful.

yes, if you are party u have right to get one as asked.

1.
You have to apply in a set Form for Certified Copy which is available from the Court vendors which you can find in plenty if you visit the Court annexe area. Fill it up as asked therein. Affiax necessary Court Fees Stamp by purchasing it from a Stamp Fee vendor asking him how much fees goes in this Form. Then deposit it before Certifying Agency Counter by paying minimum copy fees as per Rules and they will give you a Diary No. or Printed receipt with date of delivery marked.

2. You visit Counter on the date of delivery and collect the Certified Copy of the Order after setting refund / extra charges as per Rules (these are based on urgency / ordinary delivery mode and no. of pages based) and then call your Ld. Advocate and say I am deducting some fees out of our settled fees bze u didnot help me in getting the Order copy which I got it all by myself whereas it was your duty upon request made by a client to get one for the same client and then see his reaction :-)))))

Rgds.
PS.: Ignore para 2 last 3 sentence !
