Dear Sir,
I have two land parcles Land1 with 4 acres.This land is jointly held by Borther 1 and Brother 2. And brother 1 is no more. Brother 1 has 4 children. So the RTC is in the process of getting mutated to place these 4 children names in the place of Brother 1.When the partition of property is initiated how much Brother 2 will get? Is it 2 acres automatically? Can any of those children has a legal right to claim more share and prevent partition of property?
