There was ancestral property with an extent 0f 500 sq.yards.Now four brothers(hindu) want to share their respective part.The measurements are like north to south 50 feet and east to west 90 feet. in which side the elder brother get their share.what is the procedure for demarcating.please give the reply.

There is no rule for demarcation that would need to be done through mutual agreement.

There is no legal provision for sharing the individual areas, however according to vastu, the elder brother should take from south-west onwards and youngest towards north-east, You have not mentioned on which side is the road for accurate suggestion.
