One has to state facts of Date of birth on the basis of a Birth Certificate issued by Registrar of Births, and it should have been uploaded, it should have been further evidenced in educational qualification and mostly in X class certificate, where there is a mention of DOB.

What is this Court order ?  If there is a petition for changing date of birth, it is better to wait for confirming the date of birth, and gives final orders, for publishing the same in Gazette.

Do you want to change the date of birth in your passport, why ? the one entered in the passport is error?, have you applied for declaration of your date of birth before any court of law?

The passport authorities cannot change the date of birth recorded in the passport without any authentic evidence namely court order or an affidavit duly attested by JMFC accompanied with the original birth certificate issued by the competent authority.

other than hiding the facts the query is not legal it is procedural.
