We are a Kolkata based small IT company we taken a project from freelancer.com to build a website of an Indore based web development company Oneiric tech private ltd. whose website is oneiricindia.com and also one imsindorechapter.com that we completed and he told that he will pay $200 approx Rs. 12000 and after completing job he taken all back-up and not paid us.
When we are calling him then he is telling i will not pay.
