Whether the amount of premium, which has been prescribed to be Rs. 25,000/- as a maximum cap vide the circular issued by the Department of Co-operation, Government of Maharashtra as per new model bye-law No.38 (e) (ix), has still to be approved by the GB as a resolution in order for it to be levied on the (transferor) outgoing member?
