privacy and liberty are individual rights which every citizen including corporate can exercise as long as they are not in conflict with the legal rights and obligations of others. The state can impose certain restrictions sulbject to certain conditions and legislations.

under certain circumstances nondisclosure and confidentiality agreements are entered into

with employees and other business associates to protect the privacy and interests of the corporates. Also in many decisions the judiciary has upheld the privacy and liberty of companies as they are having right to deal with certain transactions as long as they are  not against law and their respective charters. FOR I.T. COMPANIES DATA PROTECTION  SHALL BE OF GREAT IMPORTANCE SINCE INFRINGEMENT AND COPYING ARE  causes for OFTEN LEGAL BATTLES UNDER  IPR LAWS.

Under this background PRIVACY POLICY CAN BE DRAFTED AND APPROVED BY THEIR BOARD OF DIRECTORS .....THE SAME CAN BE IMPLEMENTED

thuls privacy policy can be aluthored in a meticulous manner...it is a tight rope walk of the policy writers.
