Property Dispute

Sirs,

I have a question about a family property dispute and would like to know my options.

My maternal grandmother had 4 children, 3 sons and 1 daughter (my mother), my mother is the youngest. My grandmother had purchased a plot in Mumbai,  upon her demise, her eldest son (my uncle) put the names of all the 4 living children as share holders on the share certificate of the property. My eldest uncle had tried to evict his eldest son from the property for 6-7 years and had obtained a eviction notice, but my cousin put a stay order, before my uncle could evict him, he passed away, now his wife and 2 children are occupying the property. The other 3 share holders are living at separate locations, We would now like to sell the property and receive our share. But my cousin brother is not willing to compromise and is asking for 70% of the share.

Please advise as to how I can get him evicted, or sell the property and get the police to deal with the eviction.

Any advice is appreciated.
