Property land grabbing

Dear sir's,

I am an NRI and i have a property in Andhra Pradesh. One of my relative traspassed into my property, let the property to tenants and he 'paid the property taxes which were due'. Does paying my property tax give him a legal right over the property? please advise.

much regards,

rajiv

check out the local land grabbing law and file a complaint accordingly..
mere payment of property tax (even on his name) may not help to take over a property...but it does help him to drag the case as far as he can...by providing them as supporting evidence and document during hearings.. so dont give way for it.
