Sub: Vacant the Tetant on urgent Basis
My Father had a house Property in Andhra Pradesh, which we buyed from an other person on 7th Mar.2011,The house constructed without permission from Muncipality, Which got Registered from registrar of house, We have a link Documents, Stamp papers of Vendor and Vendee. Now we are in a process of changing the House no to My father . we are in a agreement with the vendor where we purchased the house , he is staying in the same house.My Father he stays at Bangalore.The Vendee can Stay more for 1 month I.e:9.July2011, The agreement made on 7.Mar.2011. He is Not Paying the Rent from 2 month , Now we are in a confusion whether he vacant the house. We need to Safeguard our property.Where we are unable to do other activities. He is treatening our family.
If we go legally is there any problem for Property because the property is not permitted from Muncipality.
