Can any one tell me that what is legal status of Direct selling companies in India? Just now one of my friend has requested me to join Q-Net (one of pyramid scheme) for purchasing certain products of company. I now little bit about "Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act 1978" but not sure whether this act apply on direct selling companies or not.
Beacuse Q-Net is working and adding its chain of representatives through 2's Power 2.
Also guide me about future aspect of in India to Direct sellling industry.
