Query about general power of attorney

My father have executed a Genaral power of Attorney to a person to covert the agriculture land into non-argiculture land in 2003 , later in 2008 He revoked the GPA by sending him the notice and giving the publication in the local daily news paper. After this event we had negotation and my father again given the continuation letter  on bond which is again notriasied, My question here is according to GPA law once the GPA revocked can't be continued I mean we should do new GPA, whether is this my valid assumption can anybody clear this to me?

Dear Sachin,

Yes, u are absolutely correct.

Once G.P.A. is validly cancelled, it is non est in the eye of law.

In ur case, the G.P.A. was validly terminated in accordance with law.

Dear Sir,

Can u please tell me what does this means"Once G.P.A. is validly cancelled",

In our case we have sent the GPA holder a advocate notice which he denied to accept,

and we also given the paper publication in local daily.

Dear Sachin,

His refusal to accept the RPAD is a primafacie evidence of his knowledge of the contents of your notice . Thus your GPA is deemed to have been cancelled by the Principal ( the executor of the GPA- your father).
