A HUSBAND APPLY FOR DIVORCE WITH CERTAIN ALIGATIONS ON HIS WIFE BUT HE FAILS TO PROVE THE ALIGATIONS AND NOW HE WILL TRY TO ESCAPE BY SAYING THAT HE WILL COMPROMISE WITH THE WIFE ( AFTER 8 YEARS OF FIGHT IN COURT ).
WHAT ACTIONS CAN BE TAKEN AGAINT HIM.
K. Rajendra Prakash (Advocate) 22 November 2009
What happened to divorce application? Whether disposed of or reserved for orders?
How did he want to compromise? To live together or take divorce on mutual consent? Please clarify.
Hardik Mehta (Family Counsellor) 24 November 2009
No action can be taken against him as this is the civil in nature. So dont worry. If he wants to get divorced, then he can do the same on the other grounds or take the mutual consent divorce.
