I am working in University of Delhi on permanent basis. In my appointment letter, there is a condition that I cannot pursue Higher education for 2 years. My appointment date is 01.10.2014. Kindly suggest me that there is any rule or judgement through which I can challenge this condition.

look into the acts and statutes of your institution regarding the conditions they have prescribed for pursuing higher education.if no such condition as to what you have said is mentioned then you can challenge

Author, in your appointment letter, there is already a condition that "you cannot pursue Higher education for 2 years. Then how can you challenge it?
