Recording of court proceeding - real need is to broadcast al

A litigant has got into trouble by recording court proceedings. Article enclosed gives more details: https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/city/chennai/Man-jailed-for-using-spy-cam-to-record-divorce-trial-in-Chennai/articleshow/11076224.cms#write

Experience, intrsospection suggests that it is time to repeal this law.

Need of hour is to have ALL proceedings (i.e. all courts at all levels across the country whatever, wherever) on camera. Not just that, akin to loksabha TV, we should have means for broadcast too.

There has been lots of suggestions on this matters from various legal luminaries of the country, and even the central Government is working on it. If I am not misttaken the present Government under the Prime Minister initative huge amount of crores has been sanctioned. Time to make this dream a reality.

Well, this victim needs some help immediately. Society has to think of ways and means.

------------xxxxxxxxxxxxxx--------------

Experiences are very bad. Lawyers have faltered. Rules have failed. Situations turn in more complexities. Judges add in dimensions. Art of documenting adds more woes. etc etc etc etc........ This will run into a volume itself.

Society has to work up means to legitimise recording. Well, it is for sake of justice. So, it should be state supported activity.

Technology wise, this will pose no much trouble. (Even before the ink settles, it is pertinent to add that at the hands of vultures who keep plundering money by way of lame excuses, deliberate acts etc, etc....... INNOvaSHUNs, this could be turned into a headache too! Nevertheless, if rules, procedures, more so managers/officers whatever they are designated do well, this will turn to be a boon that will be relished by entire society.).
