Recrutment service deficiancy

Primary Issue: Whether By paying fee for job application, is the applicant not availing service?

Now if it is so, will it amount to deficiancy of service, if the choice test centre is not allotted to a candidate .

Can you share some precidents on the matter.

ALso since the recruiter in question is PSU (LIC of India), will a Writ Petition Lie against it.

In general, how valid is the term in the advertisement, stating that the organisation retains the right to allott other than the choice centre due to adminstrative reasons?

This issue effects millions of candidates every year, every month and every day. The organisations do whatever they please, with impunity. Can PIL be filed on this issue?

File a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution. LIC is a State within the meaning of Article 12 of the Constitution and the writ would be maintable. Other remedies would be to slower
