You have not stated what are the written terms of the agreement signed between you and the builder while booking the flat, if one is executed, based on it proper advise can be given.

I have not signed any agreement with Builder and even nothing is mentioned on Receipt as well, not even orally. so please suggest what can I do?

You said the builder has issued a receipt. what are the contents of the receipt and whether it is stamped, further clarify whether the receipt was issued on a pre printed receipt book or a plain paper. Who did sign the receipt and his capacity.

If this is the case, how we can pressurise builder to give our money back.  What could be done?  Can we find out from sources that his construction is legal or illegal accordingly we can pressurise builder.  Pl. answer
