Is a separate registration required under contract labour Act for units/ setup operating in different states, though their P&L account is one and the same?
We have obtained factory licenses as per respective state government rules under the same name. There is no difference as far as the establishment name in the registration is concerned. The new plant started in Maharashtra is just an extension of main plant which was developed for catering the market requirements.
