++++You may submit form 01 of ESI for registration with details of the employees (already mentioned on the form) at ESI Regional Commissioner's office.

In case of ESI, you may register online also by visiting the URL: https://www.esic.nic.in

You may submit ""Proforma for Registration"" of EPF along with Form for allotment of Business Number with relevant details as mentioned in the form at PF Commissioner's office.

First of all, you need to have the requisite number of employees in your organisation.

Apply with proof of your office (date of establishment, Sales Tax/ Service Tax, bank statement, balance sheet etc.) These will be verified by the inspector who will inspect the establishment and approve your application. (inspection means you know ........)

A prospective taxable service provider seeking registration should file an application in Form ST-l (in duplicate) before the jurisdictional Central Excise officer/Service Tax officer within thirty days from the date of notification of the taxable service. Department is required to issue the registration certificate within 7 days of the receipt of application. In case of failure to issue registration certificate within 7 days, the registration applied for is deemed to have been granted and the assessee can carry on with his activities.
