Remedy for rti is available in c. p. act 1986 or not ?

Please suggest accordingly;

(1)- Whether remedy for RTI application is available in C. P. Act 1986 or not ?

(2)- Are DCDRF (State Delhi, U.P.) accapting complaints against SPIO/CPIO under section 12 consumer protection act 1986 ?

(3)- Any recent decision decision for reference is available ?

Dear Mr. Rama,

I would like to thak you for this response and reference. A have also considered a lot of decisions of NCDRC/DCDRF regarding RTI Matteres, All these decisions were taken before 2012. Further a confusion is present in my mind as i have not seen any recent (2013) decision of RTI matter in DCDRF/NCDRC. And i have heared that the consumer forums are not accapting fresh Compliants regarding RTI Matters. If it is possible then please give a reference of any recent decision regarding same.
