My father paid money for "A Plot" which has to be shared 50-50 between me and my cousins. But my cousins started construction on portion without our consent. And threatening that they will soon construct the remaining portion as well.
Can someone please guide me :-
1- How can I get stay to stop any further construction on that property?
2- Is it possible to get that property (construction portion) sealed so that no one can enter till judgment?
3- What is procedure and how much are the expenses to get this stay.
Let me inform the most important point that although we have paid the money but still papers (registry etc) are still in the name of previous owner. He is saying that first you resolve your despite and then he will transfer the papers. So paper transfer is not my query.
Any legal suggestions and guidance would be appreciated.
