Dear Sirs,
I have my own house in Visakhapatanam, Beside my house there is a family who has 7-8 buffalos they create lot of smell and the main issue is the dung they spread whole area and because of it many other insects and fowl smell is coming.
We have requested many times and they say we are doing it in our area, The dung etc are also damaging our boundary walls.
I need a suggestion how to sort out whom to complaint and how i can get this issue solved.
