A Petitioner (Male) has filed a Matrimonial Case against his wife under Restitution of Conjugal Rights on July 2007 at Mysore Family Court.
Petitioner wants his wife to stay in his village (an rural area), but the respondent (his wife) refuses to stay in village becasue she is working in a Call Centre at Mysore and to get the maintenance from the Petitioner she is making false alligation, that the petitoner has Extra Maritial affair. and she is not ready to give divorcee and also she is not ready to stay with the petitioner.
