Wife was in appeal for Maintenance in HC. Summons from HC was never received but her lawyer sent notice which had wrong case no, address and Name. Amendment was done and again a notice was send, but the mistakes were repeated. NO SUMMONS FROM COURT was received. The previous orders states 'chance for repondent to appear on next date'.
Next date I was not able to attend and now the status of case mentions 'case disposed '.
