RTI

Please give me the latest judgements regarding RTI requests for evaluated answer sheets of University examinations.

Is it possible to view the evaluated answer scripts by filing a RTI request with University authorities.?

Thanks in anticipation.

 Hi

You must have specified which university you are in.

However, Bangalore university issues it under RTI.

There is no need for case laws. They are covered by it, if they do not issue, go in appeal and still if that does not work appeal to CIC. you will get it.

go to website for CIC. you will get cases listed.

 Hi

further info

answer scrips are given before applying for revaluation at Rs.100 and under RTI for Rs.750/- (Bangalore University)

another one of those money making piracies.

so, go to deputy registrar/registrar evaluation in the university and they will provide info.

There is a need for a concerted case by law community against improper evaluations and robbery in the name of revaluation

They collect Rs.400 (now increased to 1200) and pass on to evaluator Rs.25 or 50. He just evaluates 10% of papers and gives same marks for remaining. Any fair evaluation for all papers without knowledge of previous evaluation, can't get same marks for all answers.

I am also one of victim. They did not reimburse my hindu law revaluation fee (suo motu) though my marks went upto 75.

Request to give me information about number of cases, public lawyer is defending, comes under RTI?
