Dear Forum members,
We filed an application on RTI to local DEO about a school which is runnning from PAST 20 yrs. We got reply from the PIO that the school has temporary registration and the copy enclosed, the said PIO asked to contact local MEO for more information, and also forwarded our RTI application to the school(for which we are seeking information) stating the school managment to give the information to us and mark a copy to DEO office.
But unfortunately in the reply letter we did not receive the said enclosed copy(temporary registration). Immediately we wrote an application to PIO about the missing enclosure(the said enclosed copy of temporary registration) in the disposal of the application, the next 3rd day we also sent a RTI application to MEO for information about the school.
Now it is more than 35 days, but we did not receive any communication from the PIO of DEO/MEO/School Management
My Questions?
•What to do next, shoud we go for FAA? any better suggestions from the Ld. Members
•The best possible way to get informtaion from PIO of Board of Secondary Education/Director of School Education/DEO about... the Do/Donts (crieteria,basis,procedure,rules,regulation) for a Private school to get state recognition (getting recognition) from the Government Body.
Pleas enlighten us on the above same.
