Salary not payed to a lecturer

DEAR READER,

I AM JOY GHOSH. HOSPITALITY PROFESSIONAL. WORKED IN OBEROI GURGAON, OBEROI KOLKTA, ITC SONAR KOLKATA AND TAJ BENGAL KOLKATA.
CURRENTLY LEFT THE INDUSTRY AND JOINED A COLLEGE AS A LECTURER KIND OF TAKING A CORPORATE BREAK. AFTER 2 MONTHS ONE FINE DAY COLLEGE TOLD ME NOT TO COME BECAUSE I AM FREQUENTLY LATE AND I WAS TAKING TUTIONS. FINE ENOUGH. BUT THEY ARE NOT PAYING ME MY 2 MONTH SALARY, IN WHICH I WENT AND TAUGHT EVERYDAY. WHAT TO DO.
THEY ARE TELLING NOW THAT YOU WERE FREQUENTLY LATE, U TOLD THE STUDENTS BAD THINGS ABOUT THE COLLEGE(WHICH IS TRUE, BUT WHATEVER I TOLD WAS ALSO TRUE), AND U TOOK TUTIONS, SO WE CANT PAY U SALARY.

Convince your college management not to do the such mistakes in future. abide the laws of the college and try to give good reputation to the management.Gain fame but not blame on others.

company or any person who establishes business will see that the person who is working with him should concentrtate their duties and should not work outside which is illegal

and you said that you are working as lecturer and also taking tutions

you should have taken advice of your senior collegues who are already experienced such situation and take step

now discuss with the college authorities and one more thing you are saying bad things about college ....
