I complated my engineering in 2008, now i am doing private job, but i want to go for govt. jobs, that time (during engineering) I taken obc scholarship by false documents (family income more than 2.5 lackh) in maharastra state (dte scholership for backword class), no one know about this, but if this crime will opened then can I eligible for govt job or what is penalty ?
to avoid this future problem is any solution ( I am ready to return amount of scholership), or is it good to maintain confidential.
