I have been issued 1 cheque for certain amount by an individual which bounced twice now.
My query is what is the procedure to go thru legal route ?
How many days a cheque is valid from date on the cheque ?
Is it a must for a person to pay or he can just take whatever punishsment and do not pay ? Is this possible ?
Can I go thru legal route after 6 nmonths for the dishonour of cheque since I am outside or I have to go by the laws procedure strictly ?
