Private Bank Employee (Branch Manager) got punishment of Removal from service during departmental enquiry, Entire inquiry conducted in a biased manner and with prejudice , Principles of natural justice not followed. Whatever employee requested documents not provided for evidence by bank stating not relevant.
Employee filed appeal and it was rejected arbitrarily confirming punishment of disciplinary authority, without giving even an opportunity of hearing to appellant.
I humbly request your suggestion what legal remedies available to employee.
