Serving of summons in the court room 138 nia matter

Serving of summons in the Court Room

In a 138 NIA matter, the accused has appeared in the Court for Bail. On the same date, another NIA matter is listed against the same accused by the same complainant and the Court has just taken cognizance in the second matter.

Can the Complainant pray to the Court to bring the new summons to his knowledge and declare the new summons to be deemed as served after obtaining the signatures of the accused on the new file process sheet?

What does the law say on this? Or what should be the legally correct  procedure ?

There may be any number of cases against a person in the same court. But each case is a different one.The Judge has no power to link each other, even if the complainant is the same person. U must have refused the summons in the second case earlierand knowing the fact the summons can be served in the court itself. U cannot question the Judge.
