smallest piece of land under bombay stamp act

how to define or what is the smallest size of land which can be sold or of which saledeed can be executed (in short can be registered under bombay stamp duty act)

in sangli(maharashtra) i have seen the registring authority refusing to register less than 1guntha (01 R) pc. of a land, in corporation area, where there is no restriction of consolidation act .

whereas in nearby districts,or cities it is observed routenly irrespictive of any zone agri. or nonagr.

legely, on which grounds one should argue?

what r the exact provisions under bombay stamp act?
