Hi Experts,

I have personal issues with my Society Chairman.

Have registered an NC in local police station. he did the same against me.

Now to settle personal scores he is trying to get an order of eviction from court against my tenant on grunds of Non payment of maintainence.

The act of the owner is not legally correct.  Only a suit for recovery of money (maintenance) can be filed for not paying maintenance by the society against your tenant.  A action for eviction is not valid.
