yesterday, when my opponent wife's lawyer asked for adjournment, the hon. judge reminded him that the matter is time bound.

Developments :
1) getting 2 / 3 dates each months since Oct. 2011
2) Issues framed in Oct. 2011
3) my evidence closed.
4) on each page of Roznama & daily board it is written with Red Ink : TIME LIMIT - 6 months
5) everytime when the respondents requsts for adjournment, they are reminded by the hon court that the matter is TIME BOUND.
ITS A GREAT RELIEF
