In the mean time, District court requested HC to extend time limit - GRANTED

how much more time granted ? - not known yet.

I have a question... My case is: My wife left me for another guy and I caught her red handed, but there is not enough proof to provide in the court. She took all the jewelry..she has put false DV and 498a ..the divorce case is going on for more than 2 years and it seems never ending.. We have been separated for 3 years now..she keeps producing false evidence and is clearly dragging the case. While attempts are going on to solve this, m curious to know - I like another girl and really want to start my life with her. Is there any way to go ahead with this relationship inspite of the ongoing cases? What could be the legal implications if I go ahead with this in my current situation? 

Not sure if these cases will ever end...
