Submit for court order without originals

Hello Legal Experts,

I'm about to submit documents to Court for a Court Order. I was informed that all the Originals need to be submitted. But I found that there are some documents for which I do not have Originals (not even the photocopy). But I have details for those entities.

Can I still submit for getting Court Order ?

Thanks.

Only originals and certified copies will be marked by the Court.  If the opponent does not object, the court can also mark xerox copies.  Sometimes the originals will be in the possession of the opponent.  Then the xerox copy can be marked under Sec. 65 of Evidence Act.  Pl refer sec. 65 of evidence act.
