Taking adjournment for two month for producing evidence

i am defending a case(crpc 125) , now it is the time for evidence stage for defence side , i need two month time for collecting documentry evidence to be produced along with witness

how can i seek time from court  under which section

if it is not possible to seek time then can i produce documentry evidence after cross-exam of witness ? 

also under which section i can request the court to summon evidence /witness from other institute ? is it crpc 91 or any other section for trial in crpc 125

U/s 126(2)

The evidence shall be recorded in the manner prescribed for summons cases.

U/s 91(3)

section 124 of Evidence Act is excluded from the operation of Section 91.

THEREFORE, it is obivious that an appliction u/s 91 can be tendered.

The court is to be convinced that production of any document or other is necessary for the purpose of trial.

IT SHOULD BE SECTION 309 CRPC WHICH DEALS WITH ADJOURNMENT.SEC 91 IN MY VIEW DO NOT COVER SUCH CASE OF 2 MONTH ADJOURNMENT.
