Tax evasion petition against father in law nd wife

Again need ur valuable suggestions. I had filled tax evasion petition against father in law and wife with income tax investigation chd, ldh. My wife fighting sec 9 hma also give application in women cell after 3 years of seperate living approx. My wife nd father in law has filed false case that we had spend 35 lakh in marriage nd has bills. And i demand pejaro car . They mentioned in case that we have given car of 4.3 lakh in marriage by cash payment , 200 gram gold( actual 100 gram) , marriage hall of 500 barati (actual 200), other house hold We had accwpt car , genuine gold 100 all other. But in cross examintion he goes against his affidavit nd case . Tell he is not income tax acessee nor i had tell them i had spend 35 lakh. Also said he is partner in firm which do BUSINESS TURNOVER OF TWO LAKH annually He is 1/7 partner in firm approx 26k annual. He had 5000 sq feet kothi double storey in posh area constructed in last two years. I had send details of attested dtatement , kothi pics , marriage pics .affodavit attested Can income tax deptt help me or do something .
