Tea packaging

We are exporting Tea to Arab nations and Tea Export bag mentions about India origin as well as names of Gardens both in India and abroad.

Is it legally OK to mention name of our Garden in SriLanka alongwith Indian Gardens when it is India origin

It is your company product and the supply is based on your reputation and agreement with the companies abroad, if they do not have any objections to your brand or make etc., then what is the legal issue invlved in it
