Tenant not vacating after agreeing in court

RCOP case in Tamil Nadu was awarded in Owner's favour for which the tenant had gone for an appeal(RCA). During the course of the RCA, the owner & tenant both mutually agreed in to an arrangement that the tenant shall be vacating the premises in 10 months from the date of signing. Both of them signed in front of the judge and the case was dismissed as 'Not Pressed'.

Now, the tenant has already consumed 9 out of 10 months and does not seem to show any sign of vacating. Kindly guide me on what options do I have?

I would like to get your advise. Please help.
