Time limit for civil case

we  have  done non register sale agreement at 1989,we have filled the case for Specific performance in the year 2015 whether time lime is there or no., details of case 1) main owner has been dead in 1995 property transfer to there legal heirs property till in there name only as on date. 2) our name not  mentioned in any revenue records we have a only non register sales agreement made at 1989 and we have a property position. 3) property is agricultural land  and it has  condition from gov. of Karnataka to main owner  to not transfer for 15 years(land tribunal),Whether we get the  property or not.

All sale agreements have a time limit fixed. Does your sale agreement has such clause?

There is no need to register the sale agreement.but sale agreement usually has got a clause saying the agreement is valid till so and so date.was there any mention about it in the sale agreement
