To change father name in birth certificate

Dear sir

In my birth certificate my father name in "mulabhai" and in my all other documents my father name is "muljibhai"

so i has problem at passport office.

i am live in State :Gujarat, Dist:sabarkantha, Ta: malpur

So what is proceudre to change my name father name in my birth certificate.

I want muljibhai in my birth certificate. so please give me quick solution of this problem.
